European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
